Wisconsin facilities go through Correctional Billing Services as there phone provider.
You must set up an account with CBS before receiving phone calls from a WI Institution. Provided below is the web page to Correctional Billing Services

* When you call or log on; there is no minimum payment if you mail us a check or use your online banking service through your local bank. A payment processing fee of up to $6.95 for credit/debit card and check payments made over the phone or on the web may apply. This fee does not apply to payments made by mail, or using your online banking service through your bank. There is no minimum funding amount if you go to Western Union; however, a payment processing fee may also apply. Please note that the balance in your Account may not reflect recent call activity. Due to our call processing cycles, it is possible to spend more than the total amount of funds in your Account. Please monitor your Account balance and use Rate-My-Calls so you know how much each call costs to ensure you don’t spend more than you intend to, as you will be responsible for payment of any balance due on your Account. You have 180 days from the date of the last call received to request a refund of any unused balance in your Account. For Alaska residents, there is an exception to that closing and refund policy.

If you receive and accept state-to-state or international calls, you will also be charged a Federal Regulatory Recovery Fee of $2.99.

You may add multiple phone numbers to your Account to ensure you can be reached wherever you are. If you add one or more cell phone numbers to your Account, you may be charged a monthly Wireless Administration Fee of up to $1.99.

A Direct Bill Account is another payment product option. This Account is a good option if the inmate is in for longer than 2 years or if you are an attorney, bail bondsmen, consulate, social worker or other small business or government agency. With verification or approved credit, you can receive an itemized monthly statement from Securus Correctional Billing Services for your calls.

This Account offers you the following benefits:

* Itemized monthly statement of call activity*
* You can receive all the calls you need to, up to your credit limit
* You can add multiple phone numbers to your Account to ensure you receive all your calls
* Calls will connect to cell phones (subject to facility restrictions)
* Your phone line is open as long as the Account balance is paid in full by the due date
* Many quick, convenient ways to pay your bill
* Low minimum payment amount of $25.00**
* You have 24/7/365 access to your Account through our automated phone system and website

The Traditional Collect Account is our standard payment product and is a convenient way to accept and pay for calls received. Call charges appear on your local phone bill. This Account offers you the following benefits:


A Traditional Collect Account is created automatically for you when you accept a collect call
Your phone number is used as your Account number
Provides you with an individual 90 day rolling spending limit
Make a payment on your Traditional Collect Account simply by paying your local phone bill*
Account information is available 24/7/365 via our automated phone system and website

With this option, you have a 90 day spending limit and are subject to more rigorous controls. We assign you a 90 day rolling spending limit, which is the spending limit assigned to your Traditional Collect Account. Each time a call is accepted, the charges are deducted from your available spending limit. Then each month we send the total of those charges to your local phone company to add to your phone bill. If you reach or exceed your spending limit during any 90 day period, please pay your outstanding charges** and then open a prepaid AdvanceConnect Account to continue to receive calls.
* A monthly bill statement fee of up to $2.99 may apply and will appear on your local phone bill. No fee will be assessed in any month in which no collect calls were accepted.
**You may be able to make a payment directly to Securus CBS for calls that have not yet been sent to your local phone company for billing. If your spending limit is reached, your Account will be blocked from accepting additional calls. Pay your local phone bill and/or call Securus CBS to make a payment and get your line unblocked.
